No coach can promise that, and we won't either. What we guarantee is focused, honest preparation: sharper stories, clearer answers, and more confidence walking into the room. The outcome of the interview itself is always up to the hiring team. There are unknown factors that contribute to who gets the job offer. For example, the company may decide to promote from within.
A minimum of 7 days' notice before your interview date. This gives us enough time to prepare thoroughly and tailor the session for your specific role and company.
If your interview is less than 7 days away, you can still receive help, but last-minute prep requires compressing work that normally happens over several days into a much shorter window and schedule rearrangement. To reflect that, a $300 upcharge applies in addition to the standard hourly rate for each hour of prep time.
A few things tend to stand out for the wrong reasons: showing up late, not arriving with thoughtful, targeted questions for the interviewer, and not having done basic research on the company. We'll make sure none of these catch you off guard.
Session structure and content vary depending on the package you choose. Each package outlines exactly what's covered, whether that's mock interviews, story development, salary negotiation prep, or a full end-to-end run-through. Check your package details for the specifics or ask us if you're not sure which one fits your needs.
Remote interviews call for a different set of skills than in-person ones. The fundamentals don't change. On camera, you must project presence without the benefit of a shared room, hold eye contact with a lens instead of a person, pace your stories without the body-language cues you'd normally pick up, and recover smoothly if the tech hiccups. The coaching covers both formats, so you'll be ready to decide whether your interview happens on a screen or in a conference room.
